SDK customers with maintenance and support agreements in place receive a login to our customer web portal where you can download the latest versions of products you have licensed, beta versions of upcoming products, demo versions of products you have not licensed yet as well as extensive product documentation and sample applications.

MainConcept also offers customers with maintenance and support agreements in place access to our industry leading, developer support team. This is a highly specialized group of software developers with extensive knowledge of MainConcept codec SDKs, audio and video technology, industry format specifications as well as software programming.

If your maintenance and support contract has expired and you no longer have access to the customer web portal or developer support personnel and you want to renew you agreement, please contact your MainConcept sales representative directly.
