The MainConcept MPEG-1/2 SDKs include many generic and ready-to-use encoding templates, including MPEG-2 based digital TV formats like DVB and ATSC, as well as professional camcorders like Ikegami GF and the Sony XDCAM format family. Real-time decoding of all consumer, professional and broadcast MPEG-1/2 formats.

It also enables real-time decoding of all consumer, professional and broadcast MPEG-1/2 formats.

Encoder wrapper providing MPEG-2 Smart Rendering functionality for editing, cutting and smart copy at any frame position. It automatically checks input stream against output settings for smart render compatibility and switches to re-encoding if smart rendering is not allowed.
