The DVCPRO HD SDK can be used to decode and encode DVCPRO HD frames (SMPTE 370M - 2002). It supports all major YUV and RGB color spaces.

DVCPRO HD delivers considerably higher picture quality since it allows video data rates at 100Mb/s and also supports the YUV 4:2:2 color space. The SDK consists of a low-level API (in the C programming language) as well as DirectShow® filters for decoding and encoding DVCPRO 100 frames.

The above codec is also available within MainConcept ShowCase, providing simple and seamless decoder access via DirectShow filters (for Microsoft operating systems).
