MainConcept products are well documented and are designed to be easy to use, but if you run into problems which require our assistance, please contact our technical support group. MainConcept support is divided into two types, end user technical support for our Applications and Plug-Ins which are ready-to-use software products, and developer support for our SDKs which are software libraries used by programmers to integrate MainConcept technology into their own software applications.
